Located in Conrad Hall, Conrad Cafe is an all-you-care-to-enjoy dining hall featuring nine stations that are guaranteed to delight your taste buds. Dining stations include From the Hill, Dupont Deli, From the Flame, The Classics, Melting Pot, Dover Dough Co, SweetNest and our Meat-Free Station.
SimpleZone (in Conrad Cafe) Simple Zone is our campus “pantry” where food items needed by students with Celiac disease or food allergies can be housed with precautions against cross-contact. This special area is free of gluten-containing ingredients, as well as tree nuts, peanuts and dairy products. . Simple Zone includes gluten-free salads, bread products, baked goods, prepared sandwiches, desserts, and gluten-free appliances like a bagel cutter, toaster oven, and microwave.
